To delete your account in the "Without" app, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Your Profile: Open the app and go to your profile page. You can usually find this by tapping on your profile picture or username.
- Locate the Account Settings: Look for the account settings section in your profile. It may be labeled as "Account Settings" or something similar.
- Initiate Account Deletion: In the account settings, you should see an option to delete your account. Click or tap on this option to begin the deletion process.
- Confirm Deletion Request: You may be asked to confirm that you want to delete your account. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your decision.
- Check Your Email: An email will be sent to you with further instructions on how to complete the account deletion process. Follow the instructions in the email to proceed.
- Verify Your Identity: You may be asked to verify your identity to ensure that the account deletion request is legitimate. Follow the instructions provided to verify your identity.
- Review Data Retention Policy: The email will also provide information on the types of data that will be deleted or kept, as well as any additional retention periods. Note that no account information related to the deleted account will be kept.
- Complete Account Deletion: Once you have completed all the necessary steps, your account will be deleted. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
Alternatively, if you are unable to delete your account from your user profile page, you can request account deletion from your account administrator. Provide them with your account details and request that they delete your account on your behalf.
